My CONCERN Parent Coach is an interactive email coaching service which utilizes an extensive database of articles and current literature to assist parents or grandparents in increasing parenting skills. An encrypted and confidential email service allows exchange of information. Coaches are counselors or therapists with experience in working with children/families.
