CONCERN now provides EAP services for more than 150 companies both locally and nationally with more than a quarter of a million people eligible for services. The mission of CONCERN is to help organizations enhance the productivity and wellness of their human resources by developing, delivering and managing Employee Assistance Services through a dedicated and professional staff. Service is our number one priority and our people are our most valuable resource. The CONCERN system provides a broad brush approach to employee assistance by offering counseling, direction, support and understanding to employees and family members who may be experiencing any number of life problems. A problem-solving action plan is developed with each participant. The goal of this plan is to increase each client's sense of well being and improve his or her level of performance at work and at home.
