Q. What is included in the program?
A. You can access to your coach via phone & email. In addition to multiple communication methods to interact with your coach, you also receive a personal plan developed specifically for your area of interest, selected education materials, messages of education and encouragement from your coach. You receive a wealth of self help related materials to help you help yourself to improve your life. You also receive unlimited email access to your coach.

Q. How often will my Coach contact me?
A. You and your coach will determine how much contact you need and set up your scheduled appointments. We use secure email that allows you and your coach to communicate with each other through the Internet, making the time you spend with your coach both confidential and efficient.

Q. How confidential is my personal information?
A. Very! Only your coach has access to your information. Moreover, CONCERN Services does not, and never will, share or sell its clients' information for use by other entities.

Q. Who are the Coaches?
A. They are all master degreed professionals with special training in coaching.

Q. How do I know if I would be a good candidate to have a Coach?
A. This service is right for you if you identify with any of the following:
