CONCERN Corporate Services Program provides the following services:

Consultation Services may involve:
- Problem employees (deteriorating work performance, unacceptable attitude/behavior on the job)
- Threats of violence in the workplace
- Policy and procedure development of Prevention of Violence in the Workplace or Drug Free Workplace Programs. (i.e. Bureau of Workers' Compensation or the Department of Transportation Drug Free Workplace Programs)
- Conflict between co-workers
- Manager self-care and survivor issues with reorganization, downsizing and change
Organizational Diagnosis and Intervention
When a workgroup or team is in conflict and/or not working effectively, CONCERN can diagnose the situation, assess the needs, make recommendations, and where appropriate, assist management with an intervention.
During an organizational intervention, CONCERN will provide on-going process consultation to prepare management to take over the process and to prevent problem reoccurrence.
Coaching assist managers and supervisors who have:
- A problem employee
- A potentially violent employee
- Employees who are in conflict
- The responsibility to notify employees being laid off
Leadership Coaching:
CONCERN offers individual coaching for new and experienced supervisory and management staff who want to develop more effective leadership skills.
- Telephonic, Web-based, or in-person coaching
- Understanding your own leadership style and the impact on those you supervise
- Learning how to lead more effective work teams
Absence Management:
CONCERN offers qualified behavioral health case management specialists to:
- Assess employee's needs
- Direct employee to appropriate resources
- Coordinate services for the employee and impacted family members
- Consult with employers regarding policy and process related to lost work time
