Fee-for-Service Model of Service

CONCERN^® Services provides a fee-for-service professional counseling option intended for employees and members of their immediate family who face difficulties that affect their well-being or work performance. Our services are designed to safeguard the privacy and rights of individuals. Issues discussed with our experienced, masters’ level therapist are kept confidential. Should individuals, families and/or couples require services for more specialized or long-term care, referrals are made to the most appropriate community resources.

Additional training or post-trauma services are available with this option on a fee for service basis.

Professional services included in the Fee-for-Service Model:

• Assessment and assistance, up to 3 sessions per event, with case management services
• Unlimited access to the CONCERN Web site including Personalized Health News
• Assigned CONCERN professional staff member who serves as a primary liaison for frequent communication with designated company representative to review utilization, assess progress, identify changing needs, look at program enhancement, develop strategies, resolve problems and review recommendations for program improvement
• Supervisory training series offered at aTriHealth location
• Quarterly Enrichment Training (stress, change, conflict) provided at TriHealth location
• Consultation for supervisors, HR, etc. and case management services in Supervisory Performance and Fitness-for-Duty referrals
• A reporting system that allows your company to monitor the utilization and effectiveness of the program on an annual basis
• 24 hour telephone crisis-line
• Emergency counseling sessions available Monday-Friday on an as needed basis
